This is a great opportunity to get involved at a senior level with Australia’s greatest directors. Last year’s presenters included Aubrey Mellor (Director of NIDA) and John Sheedy (Director for Bell Shakespeare). Each of the seven State Managers (one for each state: NSW/ACT, VIC, TAS, SA, QLD, WA, NT) co-ordinates and develops interest in the Australian Theatre Directors’ Conference for their particular state. The State Managers work with the Artistic Director to develop and administer the marketing strategy, registrations, payments and event management of the Conference.
